I don’t know why nobody is not writing about these two interesting clubs. I will leave room for others since I am partial to my own club, THE GENTS, but I respect ESQUIRES. After the feuds, some of us used to get together at the after-party (Johnny Hood, Starlee Ramsey, to name a few, oh yeah, we partied hardy) …Grand Funk, Steppenwolf, Rare Earth, Jimmy Hendrix, Janis Joplin, Chicago, Funkadelic, Parliament and many, many more…I hope nobody gets a flashback!… One thing I will say about GENTS is that we ended up with more professionals, and I know Ministers of the Gospel (Maybe because we were so good and stayed out of trouble…HARDLY!) ….Curtis Mayfield said it best about GENTS…”If there’s a hell below, we all goanna go!”……Some of you Esquires hit me up and shared about the “Sweet E.
